Can I cancel or change my order?Updated 4 months ago

We’re unable to accommodate changes to items, sizes, or colors once an order has been submitted. Please review your order carefully before checking out. If we have not yet shipped your order, you may request a cancellation to your order by emailing us at [email protected] or calling us at 1-866-8-KANGOL. 

Be sure to include your name, address, and order confirmation number with your email. Once we've cancelled your order, we will send you an email confirmation. If we are unable to cancel your order, we will notify you immediately. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. Shipping charges will not be refunded and will be the customer’s responsibility if the order is refused upon receipt.
