What is the return policy?
All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment. Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached. Returns made after 30 days may be ineligible for a full or partial refund or credit. Gift Cards and shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I initiate a return?
Go to https://kangol.com/apps/returns, enter your order number and email, and follow the prompts to select the product, reason, and return method. Pack the item(s) in original or equivalent packaging and include the RMA Packing Slip.
How should I ship my return?
If within the Continental U.S. and you received a prepaid label, affix it and drop off at a FedEx location. If outside the Continental U.S., ship with your carrier of choice to:
Is there a return fee?
For US customers, a $9.99 return fee will be subtracted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking. Customers outside of the U.S. pay their own return shipping and the fee will be waived.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed at the time of return, but it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit card company to post the refund. Please allow up to 7 business days upon us receiving your refund before reaching out
Can I return items purchased from another retailer?
Kangol.com does not accept returns from other retailers. Please make the return through the original place of purchase.
What is shipping protection?
We offer shipping protection through InsureShield. If your order is damaged or stolen in transit, you can file a claim for reimbursement by starting a return and selecting “Report Shipping Issue,” then following the prompts.
